Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver only within Karachi.
Our delivery network covers all major areas of the city. At this time, we do not offer nationwide or international shipping.
Delivery Schedule
For Homemade Cat Food
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM are usually delivered the next day.
- Fresh food deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays).
- You’ll receive a message once your order is out for delivery.
For Toys, Accessories & Litter
- These items are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Delivery time may vary slightly based on your location in Karachi.
Product Handling & Freshness
- Our homemade cat meals are prepared fresh daily with natural ingredients and no preservatives.
- All food deliveries are handled with temperature control to ensure your cat receives safe, fresh meals.
- Non-perishable items like toys, litter, and accessories are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
Delivery Charges
- A small delivery fee may apply depending on your area in Karachi.
- Free delivery may be offered for orders above a certain amount or during special promotions (details will appear at checkout).
Missed Deliveries
If you’re unavailable when our rider arrives, we’ll contact you to reschedule.
Please note that fresh food orders cannot be stored overnight due to their perishable nature, and may need to be re-ordered.
