No Returns Policy
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any of our cat food products once delivered.
Refunds & Replacements
- If you receive the wrong order, or your order arrives in damaged or spoiled condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- Once verified, we will either:
- Replace your order at no extra cost, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Replace your order at no extra cost, or
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:
- The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery.
- The product was stored improperly after delivery.
- You simply change your mind after purchase.
