At Billi Treats, we put love and care into every meal we prepare for your feline friend. Since our products are fresh, homemade, and perishable, we follow a simple and transparent refunds and returns policy.

No Returns Policy

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any of our cat food products once delivered.

Refunds & Replacements

  • If you receive the wrong order, or your order arrives in damaged or spoiled condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • Once verified, we will either:
    • Replace your order at no extra cost, or
    • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:

  • The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product was stored improperly after delivery.
  • You simply change your mind after purchase.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  2. Share your order details and photos of the product.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
